ORIGINAL AIR DATE: 10 November 2008 - 14 January 2010
ROLE: AGENT LIZ CARVER
CHARACTER BIO Homeland Security's new agent in Canada is ambitious, smart, but inexperienced. Agent Carver doesn't adapt easily to her promotion. She's eager to do well, but finds it hard to admit when she's out of her depth. By nature, she's impatient and impulsive, which works well for her in the field and less well when dealing with Washington. She knows she's inexperienced, but doesn't let her lack of knowledge hold her back. She didn't rise this far this fast by playing it safe. She's partial to Gray, though now they're working together, she tries - and occasionally fails - to keep him at arm's length. She finds Kessler's approach entirely too rational and Canadian, especially when the security of Americans is at stake. For his part, Kessler finds himself reluctantly mentoring her - despite the fact that she's not interested in anything he has to say.
Liz Carver was born in Idaho. Her father was a Methodist preacher. She has three brothers.
